UZCARD and Universities: a step towards improving financial literacy and safety of students

UZCARD held a meeting with representatives of universities, with which memorandums of cooperation have been signed. Within the framework of the event, the key issues of improving financial literacy among students, as well as improving the level of awareness of information security in educational institutions were discussed.

The main topic of the meeting was familiarization of participants with UZCARD KIDS projects aimed at teaching schoolchildren and students the basics of financial technologies, safe online payments and protection of personal data in the digital space.

In addition, an important initiative of training UZCARD ambassadors among students, who can become active supporters and disseminators of knowledge about financial instruments and safe use of technologies in the youth environment, was touched upon.

The company believes that increasing the level of financial literacy and awareness of information security issues are important steps in training future professionals who are ready to work successfully in the rapidly changing digital world.

Participation of students in the company’s projects, as well as the development of the UZCARD ambassadors’ network will help not only to educate young people, but also to foster a culture of responsible and safe use of financial technologies.

Within the framework of cooperation with universities, the company also plans to hold a series of educational seminars and trainings that will help students to better understand the principles of digital financial services and rules of safety on the Internet.

UZCARD continues to actively work on the development of financial literacy and information security among young people, striving to create a safer and more informed society.
