UZCARD warns: do not trust the messages of fraudsters!

Recently in social networks messages with the content “Cheated by fraudsters?” are spreading, which use the UZCARD logo, as well as symbols of state institutions, commercial banks and payment organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

We officially declare that UZCARD has nothing to do with such announcements or mailings. The use of the logo and symbols of our company is aimed at creating a false impression of officialism and trust, in order to illegally obtain personal data of citizens or embezzlement of funds.

What should you do if you get such a message or announcement?

1. Do not trust such messages and advertisements. If you come across suspicious offers promising “help” in refunding funds or solving other financial issues, do not contact their authors.

2. Do not share your personal data. Never share your bank card details, passport data, SMS codes or other confidential information with unknown persons.

3. Contact the internal affairs authorities. If you have been victimized by fraudsters or suspect a fraud attempt, immediately contact the internal affairs department to file a petition.

REMEMBER: only official authorities can help you protect your rights!

UZCARD remains committed to the safety of its customers and reminds you that official information is published only through our official channels. Be vigilant and verify any information coming from unknown sources.
