Stages of selection:
• Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer and submitted to the tender participant, as part of the tender documentation – 20/03/2025.
• A potential supplier prepares a package of documentation and sends it to the customer. The deadline for submission of the documentation package is 17:00 on 04/04/2025.
• The customer, together with experts, carries out a technical assessment of the received proposals for compliance with the technical requirements and terms of reference – until 09/04/2025.
• The customer sends a request for final prices to the participants, and the participant sends his final price offer by 11/04/2025.
• Approval of the tender results and signing of the contract – until 18/04/2025.
Commercial offers are accepted until 17:00 on April 4, 2025 by e-mail Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz and must include the following package of mandatory documents:
– A list of incorporation documents for the Security Department;
– A completed table of technical requirements (according to the attached form in excel format);
– A commercial proposal (according to the attached form in excel format);
– A completed KTS file with key contract requirements (according to the attached form in excel format)
