Stages of the tender:
- The functional and technical requirements are prepared by the Customer. Documentation is available on the company’s website. Publication date – 07.08.2025.
- The potential supplier shall submit the tender documentation by 5:00 p.m. (Tashkent time) on 19.08.2025.
- Evaluation of proposals will be completed by 22.08.2025.
- The second round of negotiations will be held until 26.08.2025.
- Approval of the tender results and contract signing shall take place by 04.09.2025.
Commercial proposals with documentation package shall be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025, by email to Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, and must include the following package of mandatory documents:
– a list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– Technical requirements;
– TСO (according to the attached Excel form, without signature and without stamp);
– completed file with Key Terms of Contract (according to the attached form in excel format).
