A one-year framework agreement (2025–2026) will be signed with the winner of the tender. Several events are planned throughout the year.
Tender stages:
- Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer and will be provided to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation on October 20, 2025.
- Potential suppliers are recommended to confirm participation by October 27, 2025. A free-form application should be sent to the e-mail address below.
- Q&A session. All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail no later than October 28, 2025. Answers will be provided by October 30, 2025.
- The potential supplier submits the tender documentation package by October 31, 2025 (inclusive).
- Analysis and evaluation of proposals — by November 7, 2025.
- Request for final prices — by November 11, 2025.
- Approval of tender results and commencement of contracting — approximately by November 14, 2025.
Payment currency: UZS;
Payment terms: 50% advance within ten (10) business days after the order is signed, and 50% within ten (10) business days after the completion/acceptance certificate is executed.
