Tender stages:
- Customer prepares the functional technical requirements and provides them to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation by 25/11/2025.
- The potential supplier prepares the documentation package and submits it to the Customer. The documentation package shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on 05/12/2025.
- The Customer, jointly with experts, performs a technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 10/12/2025.
- The Customer sends a request for final prices to the Participants, and each Participant submits its final financial (price) proposal no later than 12/12/2025.
- Approval of the Tender results and signing of the contract shall be completed by 19/12/2025.
Commercial proposals shall be accepted until 5:00 pm on 05 December 2025 at the following e-mail address: Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz and must include the following mandatory set of documents:
– list of constituent (incorporation) documents for the Security Department;
– completed table of technical requirements (Form No. 1 and Form No. 2);
– commercial offer (Form No. 3);
– completed file containing the key contractual requirements.
