Responsibilities:
- Systematic analysis of data from the identification of customer business needs, followed by data collection and processing, to the identification, formulation and verification of business hypotheses for resolving business requests;
- Execution of ad-hoc requests, supported by proactive research in search of anomalies, growth points or hidden problems;
- Preparation and defence of comprehensive analytical reports and presentations with conclusions and practical recommendations for the business customer;
- Automation of routine reporting through query scripts and in the BI system;
- Actively mastering new analytical methods, tools, and business processes of the company.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or related role;
- Practical experience working with real business tasks (analysis of sales, operational processes, customer behaviour, etc.);
- Understanding of the principles of relational databases, data types, keys and indexes;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, working with pivot tables, expertise in Power Query, Power Pivot;
- Proficiency and practical experience in writing SQL queries to extract and aggregate data from relational databases;
- Experience working with any BI system — Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau (welcome);
- Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek, and English.
