Stages of the Bidding process:
- The performance specifications (briefs) shall be prepared by the customer. Shall be delivered to the Bidder as part of the tender on 29/01/2026.
- Prospective supplier shall prepare a package of bidding documents by 05/02/2026 (inclusive)
- Analysis and evaluation of bids (by 11/02/2026)
- Meetings with shortlisted agencies (by 14/02/2026)
- Request for prices (by 20/02/2026)
- Approval of the tender results and negotiating of a contract tentatively by 27/02/2026
Payment currency – UZ Soums.
Settlement procedure: upon agreement.
At the first stage of the tender, suppliers are required to provide:
- Certification documents:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certificate of Registration
- Licenses (if appropriate)
- Copies of the identity documents of the founders and managers (director and chief accountant).
- Portfolio (with links to similar videos describing what part of the work was done in a particular project)
- Synopsis (story outline for the 2026 World Cup film)
