Stages of the tender process:
- The functional technical requirements are prepared by the Customer and provided to the Participant of the Competitive Selection as part of the competitive selection documentation – 22/07/2026.;
- The potential supplier prepares a package of documents and submits it to the Customer. Deadline for submission of the document package: by 05:00 pm on 07/08/2026.;
- The Customer, jointly with experts, carries out a technical evaluation of the proposals received for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 14/08/2026.;
- The Customer sends a request for final prices to the Participants, and the Participant submits its final price offer by 19/08/2026.;
- The Customer sends a request for final prices to the Participants, and the Participant submits its final price offer by 02/09/2026.
The package of competitive selection documentation shall be accepted until 05:00 pm on August 7, 2026 by email at Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, with a copy to anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz, and must include the following mandatory package of documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– Form No. 1 — Commercial Proposal in accordance with the required form;
– Form No. 2 – evaluation criteria completed in the prescribed format;
– Form No. 3 — a file containing the key contract requirements.
