Where Ideas Become Business: A New HAMROH Biznes Maktabi Cohort Concluded in Tashkent with Support from UZCARD

The fourth Russian-language cohort of HAMROH Biznes Maktabi has concluded in Tashkent. The program, implemented by HAMROH in partnership with ALPHA and supported by UZCARD, brought together women who are already running their own businesses or preparing to launch their first ventures.

The program is based on real-world challenges that women entrepreneurs face every day. Together with invited experts, the participants analyzed the market and their target audience, studied positioning tools, learned about modern customer acquisition channels, worked with financial models, and systematically refined their own business projects. The final stage of the training was the project presentations, where participants showcased the results of their work and received expert feedback.

“With each new cohort, we see both interest in the program and the quality of the participants’ projects growing. For HAMROH, it’s important not just to impart knowledge, but to help women structure their ideas, make business decisions with greater confidence, and find an environment where they can receive support, exchange experiences, and discover new avenues for growth,” HAMROH noted.

Supporting educational projects and unlocking entrepreneurial potential remain key areas of UZCARD’s social initiatives. The company supports initiatives that help women gain new knowledge, develop professional skills, and create sustainable business projects, thereby contributing to the development of a modern entrepreneurial environment in the country.

“It is important for UZCARD to support projects that create real opportunities for development. HAMROH Biznes Maktabi helps women gain practical knowledge, strengthen their entrepreneurial skills, and turn ideas into real projects. We are confident that such initiatives contribute to building a strong business community and developing the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem,” UZCARD noted.

ALPHA also noted that the program continues to evolve in response to participants’ needs, while maintaining its core principle: maximizing hands-on practice and knowledge that can be applied in the workplace the very next day.

“We strive to ensure that each session provides participants not only with new knowledge but also with concrete tools for business development. This approach allows participants to complete the program with well-developed solutions that can be immediately implemented in their projects,” ALPHA emphasized.

The concluding event of the program was a certificate presentation ceremony for the participants of the fourth Russian-language cohort of HAMROH Biznes Maktabi. The event was attended by representatives of the project’s organizers and partners: HAMROH Deputy Director General Sardor Yusupov, ALPHA Director Alisher Dzhumaniyazov, UZCARD Head of PR & CSR Sabina Batirshina, as well as invited experts who had mentored the participants throughout the training program.

During the meeting, the participants presented the results of their work on their business projects, shared their experiences, and emphasized the importance of practical knowledge, which helps them confidently develop their own businesses.

Today, HAMROH Biznes Maktabi is becoming a platform that brings together women from different regions of Uzbekistan around the ideas of entrepreneurship, development, and the exchange of experiences. The program helps participants gain practical knowledge, discover new opportunities for growth, and turn business ideas into sustainable projects. The new phase in Tashkent marks another step in expanding the initiative and building a community of women ready to create, develop, and scale their own businesses.
