Stages of the tender process:
- The customer prepares the functional and technical requirements. These are provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation – August 18, 2026;
- Q&A session. Applications (registrations) for participation and all questions should be submitted in writing via email by August 24, 2026. Responses will be provided to all registered participants by August 25, 2026 (inclusive);
- The potential supplier must prepare the tender documentation package by August 28, 2026 (inclusive);
- Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals (by September 7, 2026);
- Request for final prices (by September 11, 2026);
- Approval of the tender results and commencement of contracting, tentatively by September 18, 2026.
Tender documentation must be submitted by 11:00 p.m. (Tashkent time) on August 28, 2026, in electronic form, to Kozim.Rakhimov@uzcard.uz with a copy to anna.nikulina@uzcard.uz.
