On October 6, UCMG LLC and the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document lays the foundation for joint work with young people in the areas of education, career guidance, and professional development, and expands opportunities for students and young professionals to interact with business representatives and potential employers.
On the UZCARD side, the collaboration was initiated by the UZCARD Academy team, which will continue to develop its key areas of focus. The Academy helps young professionals develop in-demand professional skills, gain practical experience, and prepare to enter the job market. The new partnership will expand the scope of this work through collaboration with the Agency for Youth Affairs, its partner network, and youth communities.
One of the key areas of cooperation will be the creation of additional opportunities for the professional development of young people. Under the memorandum, the parties plan to hold guest lectures, master classes, hands-on workshops, career guidance sessions, hackathons, career days, and other educational and career-related events. Specialists from the UZCARD payment system will be able to participate in these events as experts, mentors, and jury members, sharing their practical experience and knowledge with participants.
A separate area of cooperation involves internships and subsequent employment. The agency will help attract motivated young people to educational, internship, and career programs, as well as assist students and graduates in establishing contacts with potential employers and partner organizations. This approach will enable young professionals to better understand the demands of today’s job market and gain more opportunities to launch their careers.
UZCARD Academy will also participate in the Agency’s educational, career, and thematic events and present its programs at forums, festivals, conferences, and job fairs. This will help expand the reach of the Academy’s educational initiatives and make its professional programs more accessible to students and young professionals from various regions.
The partnership also includes informational support for joint social and educational initiatives. The parties will be able to exchange information about ongoing programs and events, as well as jointly develop initiatives aimed at increasing young people’s interest in professional development, education, and career planning.
“We recognize the importance of creating opportunities that help young professionals move from education to professional practice. Collaboration with the Agency for Youth Affairs will expand young people’s access to educational and career initiatives and strengthen the practical component of UZCARD Academy’s programs,” said Farrux Tursunxodjayev, head of UZCARD Academy.
For UZCARD Academy, the memorandum will mark another step in the development of its career-focused initiatives and the expansion of its partner network. The partnership will create more opportunities for interaction between the educational community, young professionals, and the business world, helping students and graduates not only to gain knowledge but also to better understand how to apply it in practice.
UZCARD. Life, made easy.
