Requirement for the contracting organization.
1. License for the right to work on maintenance of fire systems and equipment.
2. Service personnel must have appropriate qualifications, special training and work experience of at least 3 years in the relevant profile (design, installation, commissioning, repair or maintenance of fire automation, fire alarm systems).
3. Conducting of work on the survey of fire safety systems – at least two persons.
4. When performing overhead works, the contractor must provide a technically sound and properly tested ladder and stepladder.
5. The initial examination includes:
Checking the performance of technical facilities and installations separately and as a whole;
Execution of the Defects Report and a complete inventory of the fire protection system and fire-fighting equipment, which is the basis for determination of the necessary scope and calculation of the cost of repair work on the Customer’s installations (repeat survey, if necessary).
According to the results of the survey, the Act of inspection of fire-fighting equipment placed on the territory of the company is executed.
Currency of payment:
– for domestic suppliers – UZ Soums
Procedure of settlement: 100% within 20 (twenty) days after completion of services.
