Dear clients, users, and partners!
We are excited to introduce our new product – UZCARD virtual cards. You will definitely appreciate the full range of benefits these cards offer!
Convenience: You can open a virtual card without visiting a bank, which saves you time and allows you to start handling payments faster. All you need is an internet connection and a few minutes of your time. Payments can be made using the virtual card even at NFC-enabled terminals directly from your device, up to a limit of 50,000 UZS.
Cost-effectiveness: Virtual cards are issued free of charge with no service fees. The most obvious advantage is that you canʻt lose them.
Security: Virtual cards are easy to use for online purchases, subscription payments, conversions, money transfers, and more. They provide a secure way to make transactions without disclosing the details of your primary card. Additionally, virtual cards often have a limited validity period, typically a year, and may have spending limits for enhanced security.
All the functions of virtual cards remain intact: you can make payments, transfer money, and receive funds. They contain all the necessary payment details, including number, expiry date, and user name.
You can open a UZCARD virtual card today via the “Mavrid” mobile application from Microcreditbank or the Plum app from Universal Bank. Simply download the app, register, and within minutes you can create and start using your card.
The growing demand for such cards is evident and increases the accessibility of financial services for citizens, even in remote regions. For issuing banks, this product will attract new users in areas where the bank is not yet present and boost commission income from transfers and payments.
UZCARD plans to enable virtual card issuance through the mobile apps of all banks in the Republic. To enhance convenience and expand financial services accessibility for every client across the country, UZCARD has already signed agreements with several major banks. Information about partner banks joining this service will be announced soon.
