Tender Stages:
- Functional Technical Requirements: Prepared by the Customer. Documentation available on the companyʻs website. Date of publication – September 21, 2023.
- Confirmation of Participation: Potential suppliers must confirm their participation in the tender by September 25, 2023. Application should be sent in a free format to the email address provided above.
- Q&A Session: All questions must be sent in writing to the email address by September 29, 2023. Answers will be provided by October 4, 2023.
- Submission of Tender Documentation: Potential suppliers must submit their tender documentation by October 12, 2023, 18:00 Tashkent time.
- Evaluation of Proposals: By October 16, 2023.
- Second Round of Negotiations: By October 23, 2023.
- Approval of Tender Results and Contract Signing: By November 6, 2023.
Currency for Settlement:
- For domestic partners – UZS;
- For international partners – USD.
Payment Terms: 100% post-payment within 45 (forty-five) days after delivery.
Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
- Supplier must have official partner status.
- Supplier must provide a document confirming the right to sell the software in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
