UZCARD announces acceptance of applications for participation in the Tender for the selection of the developer of the project “Billing system”.

Stages of the Tender
Functional technical requirements are prepared by the Customer (minimum at BPMN level 3).
The potential vendor prepares its architecture vision and technical solution at the first and second level of the C4 standard.
Potential Supplier and Customer hold sessions on architecture and technical solutions and come to a joint decision.
Potential Supplier develops a prototype* (within 1 month, after agreement of item No. 3).
During the prototype presentation, the vendor should provide “sizing” and technical requirements for the equipment.
Only those participants whose prototype will be approved by the Customer will be admitted to the commercial negotiations.
The source code of the software product shall be transferred to the Customer’s ownership.
* Prototype is a zero version of the final product without Front-end (design) on which the customer can see the implementation of the key functionality on the example of one transaction, which will be provided by the customer.
Currency of payment:
– for domestic suppliers – soum;
– for foreign suppliers – US dollar.
Settlement procedure: 100% postpayment within 45 (forty-five) days after delivery/performance of services.
