The main criteria for evaluating the selection participants:
Participant:
– is not undergoing reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy;
– is not in litigation or arbitration with the Customer;
– does not have improperly performed obligations under previously concluded contracts;
– does not, and will not in the future, engage in actions that give rise to a conflict of interest or threaten to give rise to such a conflict;
– is absent from the Unified Register of Unfair Performers;
– there is no registration of the participant and the participant’s bank in offshore zones;
– there are no arrears of taxes and other obligatory payments;
– copies of the state registration document are available;
– to have a staff of engineers (at least 2 employees) with mandatory availability of specialists who have experience in implementation and installation of equipment according to this technical specification;
– provide the original document or its copy issued by the manufacturer of MAF equipment (Manufacturer’s Authorization Form) for delivery of official authorized services with confirmation of warranty obligations for the supplied services from the manufacturer on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
– to ensure the possibility of warranty replacement of the equipment out of service (failure) through the Service Center with the level of response – not lower than NBD (next working day) in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this case the replacement of the defective equipment or its components should be guaranteed within a period not exceeding 2 weeks from the date of identification of the defective equipment or its component;
– provide official letters from the equipment manufacturer confirming that the equipment supported by the Contractor will be covered by the official service center in Tashkent;
– provide an official letter from the service center confirming that the equipment imported by the Contractor will be covered by the service, with information about the Contractor and the period of support;
– Have Experience in supplying relevant technical support licenses in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Term of delivery of goods (electronic delivery) – 5 working days.
The maximum value of the selection is $242,889.00
Source of financing – own funds of CRPC LLC.
Currency of payment:
– for domestic suppliers – soum;
– for foreign suppliers – US dollar.
Both foreign companies and domestic manufacturers and suppliers, including small businesses, with relevant experience, as well as guaranteeing high quality and timeliness of services and fulfilling the conditions of this technical assignment, may participate in the selection.
