As a result of the program, 7 incubator residents launched podcast channels (with over 100 episodes) on topics such as:
- Education and financial literacy
- Startups and new technologies
- Venture investments
- Financial and banking technologies
- Healthy lifestyle
- And much more
The participants’ podcasts can be listened to via the Telegram bot and on the project’s website.
Residents of the first wave of “Hello Hosts” include:
- Rodion Latypov “PROFinances”: A podcast about finances and everything related to them, including financial literacy, investments, banking, local and global startups, and news in these areas.
- Bakhovuddin Muratov and Shokhmir Dadajonov “Xomcho’t”: A podcast in Uzbek created by former auditors from the “Big Four” aimed at increasing the financial literacy of listeners. They share their experiences and also take advice from guests.
- Alina Tyo “Run or Relax”: A podcast that tells unique stories of people whose lives have changed for the better thanks to sports. This podcast offers a wealth of motivation and useful tips on how to approach mental and physical well-being.
- Marat and Aliana Smagins “Tingla Podcast”: A dialogue between a father and daughter, where the daughter has clear questions on specific topics, and the father’s task is to explain each term, considering current youth trends.
- Feruza Kamalitdinova “Cozy Tales”: A podcast with audiotales for children. Audiotales help calm and soothe children to sleep.
The podcast incubator “Hello Hosts” is a program aimed at supporting and developing the educational podcasting industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Residents receive mentorship and services from UZCARD’s corporate podcast studio, as well as assistance in launching their podcast channel on social platforms for free.
