Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, accounting, finance);
- Experience of working as a settlement accountant from 2 years;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio.
- Knowledge of labor and tax legislation in the field of labor remuneration;
- Attention to detail, planning and organization, ability to multitask, proactivity;
- Fluency in Russian, (Uzbek language preferred);
- Stress resistance, efficiency and ability to work in a team;
Job Description:
- Timely and correct submission of internal monthly reports;
- Participate in automation of compensation and benefits referral processes;
- Participate in the preparation of annual personnel cost budget and analysis;
- Participating in salary surveys and preparing analytics;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of existing motivational bonus schemes for different categories of employees.
