Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Requirements:

  • Higher education (economics, accounting, finance);
  • Experience of working as a settlement accountant from 2 years;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio.
  • Knowledge of labor and tax legislation in the field of labor remuneration;
  • Attention to detail, planning and organization, ability to multitask, proactivity;
  • Fluency in Russian, (Uzbek language preferred);
  • Stress resistance, efficiency and ability to work in a team;

Job Description:

  • Timely and correct submission of internal monthly reports;
  • Participate in automation of compensation and benefits referral processes;
  • Participate in the preparation of annual personnel cost budget and analysis;
  • Participating in salary surveys and preparing analytics;
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of existing motivational bonus schemes for different categories of employees.
