System analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Programming of QlikView/Qlik Sense models and reports.
  • Developing procedures for ETL processes.
  • Optimization of existing solutions.
  • Monitoring the execution of current data collection procedures.
  • Communicating with users (during development, consulting during technical support).
  • Writing technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in IT, automation, math or physics, statistics or related field.
  • Experience of 3 years as a business process automation analyst / IT analyst.
  • Experience in developing analytical models and reports in QlikView or Qlik Sense system.
  • Knowledge of algorithms to optimize data loading and model performance in Qlik.
  • Ability to write and optimize complex SQL – queries
  • ‘Knowledge of architecture and principles of databases.
  • Skills in working with analytical tools and databases.
  • Basics of statistics and analytical methods.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • VBA macro development skills in Qlik View /Excel/ Qlik Sense.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (economics, accounting, finance);
  • Experience of working as a settlement accountant from 2 years;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio.
  • Knowledge of labor and tax legislation in the field of labor remuneration;
  • Attention to detail, planning and organization, ability to multitask, proactivity;
  • Fluency in Russian, (Uzbek language preferred);
  • Stress resistance, efficiency and ability to work in a team;

Job Description:

  • Timely and correct submission of internal monthly reports;
  • Participate in automation of compensation and benefits referral processes;
  • Participate in the preparation of annual personnel cost budget and analysis;
  • Participating in salary surveys and preparing analytics;
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of existing motivational bonus schemes for different categories of employees.
