                                                                        Stages of the Tender Process

1. The functional and technical requirements are prepared by the customer. Provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation – by 04/11/2024.
2. The potential supplier prepares a package of tender documentation by the deadline of 14:00 on 14/11/2024 (inclusive).
3. The potential supplier submits samples by the deadline of 14/11/2024 (inclusive)
4. Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals will be completed by 21/11/2024.
5. Final pricing requests will be made by 26/11/2024.
6. Approval of tender results and commencement of contracting are anticipated by approximately 10/12/2024.

Settlement currency:

– for domestic partners – UZS;

Payment Terms: 100% post-payment.
