The deadline for submitting proposals has been extended until 23:00, July 7, 2026.
Tender stages:
- The functional and technical requirements are prepared by the Customer. They will be provided to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation — 18.06.2026.
- Question-and-answer session. Applications for participation/registration and all questions are recommended to be submitted in writing by e-mail by 25.06.2026. Answers will be provided to all registered participants by 26.06.2026, inclusive.
- The potential supplier shall prepare the tender documentation package by 30.06.2026, inclusive.
- Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals — by 06.07.2026.
- Request for final prices — by 10.07.2026.
- Approval of the tender results and commencement of the contracting process are tentatively expected by 20.07.2026.
