UZCARD held an Open Day for representatives of the country’s leading universities: MDIS, Westminster, Webster, TUIT, UWED, and others.
The guests were introduced to the activities of UZCARD, informed about the specifics of organizing internships within the company, and the prospects of the project for future participants.
This is not the first time UZCARD has organized such events, as staff training programs are an important part of the company’s social policy. For instance, in 2022, an internship program was launched in the HR department in the areas of “Training and Development” and “Recruitment.” Today, the best graduates of this internship have already become important members of the team and are successfully developing in their chosen fields.
During the meeting, participants discussed the internship program and areas of cooperation for 2023.
At the end of the event, a tour of the company building helped guests experience the unique working environment. During the tour, guests had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers.
In the near future, UZCARD plans to hold a similar event for university students.
