Residents of 16 cities of Uzbekistan will continue to be able to save money on public transport fares. The ‘Manzillar yaqinroq’ campaign, within the framework of which each fare costs 1000 sums cheaper when paying with UZCARD card, has been extended until 31 May 2025.
This decision reflects UZCARD’s strategic course: to develop the infrastructure of cashless payments in the regions of the country, making everyday financial transactions convenient, fast and profitable for the mass segment – that is, for a large number of citizens who use public transport on a daily basis.
To get 1000 sums discount, it is enough to pay the fare by any of the contactless methods:
- UZCARD card (indexes 5614, 6262, 5440) – by attaching the card to the ATTO validator.
- By 8600 card linked to Uzcard Pay.
- By UZCARD virtual card via Uzcard Pay application.
The discount is available in transport with ATTO validators in Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana, Namangan, Karshi, Termez, Urgench, Khiva, Nukus, Kokand, Yangiyul, Zarafshan, Gulistan, Angren, Jizzak and Andijan.
UZCARD is consistently investing in the development of digital payments across the country – especially in regions where the mass segment needs affordable and efficient solutions.
Thanks to such initiative:
- the financial burden on the population is reduced;
- the level of digitalization and financial transparency is increasing;
- the habit of using convenient non-cash instruments is formed.
The ‘Manzillar yaqinroq’ initiative, which has been running for almost a year now, shows that convenient and understandable digital services can be available to everyone – and that people really need them in daily life.
