UZCARD and the Association of Non-Governmental Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan have signed a memorandum to conduct joint lessons, workshops, and online courses aimed at developing financial management skills among schoolchildren. The cooperation agreement is part of the UZCARD Kids project, which is designed to help children and teenagers master key personal finance skills and foster an entrepreneurial mindset.
For UZCARD Kids, a board game called “Financial Code: Who Am I?” has been developed, which introduces participants to basic financial terms in an engaging way. The company will distribute 100 copies of the game to schools within the Association, marking the first step toward building a financially literate generation.
Firuzakhon Vakhabova, Chairwoman of the Association of Non-Governmental Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, commented on the importance of the initiative: “Teaching children financial literacy today is the key to their successful future tomorrow. We are pleased to join forces with UZCARD to teach children the basics of money management through interesting and accessible formats. The sooner children understand how to handle finances, the more confident they will feel in life.”
The cooperation between UZCARD and the Association of Non-Governmental Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of the UZCARD Kids project will open up new opportunities for teaching children financial literacy.
In addition to educational programs for schoolchildren, UZCARD Kids is also aimed at an audience of children as young as six years old and their parents. Together with the project’s characters, followers of the @uzcardkids blog will learn what money is, how to earn, save, and spend it. Follow the news on social media:
