“CRPC” JSC announces a Tender for the selection of the supplier of the following services:

Lot 1: conducting a focus group study (studying the problems of instalments users when buying real estate and merchants when there are cash gaps).

Lot 2: conducting a study of customers who do not use bank cards (study of unbanked population to determine needs, barriers and to opening a bank card).

Stages of the Tender:

1. Functional Technical Requirements shall be prepared by the Customer and provided to the Bidder as part of the Bidding Documents – 09/04/2025.
2. The potential supplier prepares the documentation package and submits it to the customer. The deadline for submission of the documentation package is till 5:00 p.m. on 16/04/2025.
3. The Customer together with experts shall carry out technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 18/04/2025.
4. The Customer shall send a request for final prices to the Bidders and the Bidder shall submit its final price quotation by 22/04/2025.
5. Approval of the results of the Tender and signing of the contract by 29/04/2025.

Commercial proposals with documentation package shall be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2025, by email to Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, and must include the following package of mandatory documents:

– a list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– completed table of evaluation criteria (according to the attached form in excel format);
– CP form (according to the attached form in excel format);
– completed file with Key Terms of Contract (according to the attached form in excel format).
