Lot No. 1: Procurement of furniture for the CIP Airport
Tender Stages.
- The Customer provides the participant with functional technical requirements on 01/06/2026
- The potential supplier prepares and submits the tender documentation package by 04:00 pm on 05/06/2026 (inclusive).
- The Customer conducts analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals by 09/06/2026.
- Potential suppliers provide work samples (evaluation will take place at the supplier’s premises) by 15/06/2026 (inclusive)
- Request for final pricing by 04:00 pm on 17/06/2026 (inclusive)
- Approval of tender results and commencement of contracting is expected by approximately 22/06/2026
