Tender stages:
- The functional and technical requirements are prepared by the Customer. They will be provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation — 17 June 2026.
- Q&A session. Applications (registration) for participation, as well as all questions, are recommended to be submitted in writing by e-mail by 24 June 2026. Responses will be provided to all registered participants by 25 June 2026, inclusive.
- The potential supplier shall prepare the tender documentation package by 29 June 2026, inclusive.
- Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals — by 3 July 2026.
- Request for final price offers — by 9 July 2026.
- Approval of the tender results and commencement of the contracting process are tentatively scheduled by 17 July 2026.
