“Common republican processing centre” LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), hereby notifies you that the extraordinary general meeting of participants of the Company adopted a resolution (Minutes of April 1, 2024) to reorganize the Company by transforming it from a Limited Liability Company into the Joint Stock Company “Common republican processing centre”.
Upon completion of the reorganization procedure, the legal successor of all rights and obligations of the Company will be JSC “Common republican processing centre”.
Planned term of reorganization: end of April 20, 2024. The specified term may be changed upon completion of reorganization procedures.
Upon completion of the reorganization, the name, location and requisites of the Company will not be changed.
Further claims under the agreements can be submitted to JSC “Common republican processing centre” at the previous address.
