Official statement from UZCARD

The UZCARD payment system is informing its customers and the public about the current situation regarding restrictions on the Humans service.

According to a statement by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as of 9 December, all payment services provided by Octagram JSC (Paylov trademark) through the Humans mobile application have been temporarily suspended.

However, we would like to note that all funds on UZCARD cards are fully protected.

All transactions on UZCARD cards — payments, transfers, cash withdrawals — are carried out as usual. Users can continue to use their cards at all ATMs, terminals, as well as in banking and partner applications.

UZCARD draws customers’ attention to the need to comply with security rules:

  • do not disclose PIN codes, one-time SMS codes, passwords and other card details to third parties;
  • check the authenticity of the applications and services through which transactions are made;
  • do not click on suspicious links and do not respond to dubious messages.
