Stages of the Selection Process:
- Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer and provided to the participant as part of the procurement documentation on 03.01.2024.
- Potential suppliers must prepare a documentation package and submit it to the customer by 5:00 PM on 12.01.2024.
- The customer, together with experts, will conduct a technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the technical requirements and specifications by 18.01.2024.
- The customer will request final prices from participants, and participants must submit their final price proposals by 19.01.2024.
- Approval of the selection results and contract signing will be completed by 02.02.2024.
