Update: The deadline for submitting proposals for the ITSM platform procurement tender has been extended to 17:00 Tashkent time on October 27, 2023. Questions will be accepted until 18:00 Tashkent time on October 24, 2023, via email at Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz.
Stages of the Tender:
- Preparation of Functional Technical Requirements: Prepared by the customer and provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation by October 10, 2023.
- Submission of Documentation by Potential Supplier: The supplier must prepare and submit the tender documentation package by 15:00 on October 20, 2023.
- Technical and Functional Evaluation: Conducted by the customer with experts to assess the proposalsʻ compliance with the technical requirements by October 27, 2023.
- Final Price Request and Submission: The customer requests final prices from participants, who must submit their final price proposals by October 31, 2023.
- Approval of Tender Results and Contract Signing: Expected by November 14, 2023.
