Stages of tender
- The Customer prepares the functional technical requirements. They are to be submitted to the Tenderer as part of the tender documentation – 27/01/2026.
- The potential supplier prepares the tender document package by 3:00 PM on 30/01/2026 (inclusive).
- Analysis and shortlisting of tenderers (by 04/02/2026).
- Request for final prices by 3:00 PM on 06/02/2026.
- Approval of the tender results is scheduled for 13/02/2026.
Commercial proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM on 30 January 2026, by email to Nargiza.Haitalieva@uzcard.uz.
Please send your proposal in a password-protected archive (.exl, .pdf). The archive should be sent to Nargiza.Haitalieva@uzcard.uz with the password sent to Davron.Xojayev@ucmg.uz. The tender title should be in the email subject.
