A one-year framework agreement will be concluded with the tender winner. During the year, placements are planned across various Telegram channels included in the approved list.
Tender stages:
- The functional and technical requirements are prepared by the Customer and provided to the Tender Participant as part of the tender documentation – December 16, 2025.
- By December 18, 2025, potential suppliers are recommended to confirm their participation in this tender. A free-form application should be sent to the e-mail address indicated below.
- Q&A session. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail by December 19, 2025. Responses will be provided by December 22, 2025.
- The potential supplier prepares and submits the tender documentation package by December 23, 2025 (inclusive)
- Analysis and evaluation of bidders’ proposals (by December 25, 2025)
- Request for final prices (by December 29, 2025)
- Approval of tender results and commencement of contracting is expected by December 30, 2025 (approx.)
Payment currency: UZS (soum);
Settlement procedure: 100% within 5 (five) business days after execution of the monthly certificate of completion /invoice.
