Tender stages:
- The functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer. They will be provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation – 13/05/2026
- Q&A session. The application/registration for participation and all questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail no later than 22/05/2026. Responses will be provided to all registered participants by 25/05/2026, inclusive
- The potential supplier shall prepare the tender documentation package by 26/05/2026, inclusive
- Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals — by 03/06/2026
- Request for final prices — by 08/06/2026
- Approval of the tender results and commencement of the contracting process — approximately by 12/06/2026
