Stages of the Bidding process

1. The performance specifications shall be prepared by the customer. Delivered to the Bidder as part of the Bidding documents – 02/02/2026
2. Prospective supplier shall prepare a package of bid documents by 15:00 on 05/02/2026 (inclusive)
3. Samples shall be submitted by 17:00 on 13/02/2026
4. The Customer, together with experts, shall perform a technical assessment of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements of the samples and the Technical Assignment by 18/02/2026.
5. The Customer shall send a request for final prices to the Bidders, and the Bidder shall send its final price offer by 23/02/2026 14:00

1. Approval of the Bid results and signing of the contract by 27/02/ 2026

Currency of payments:

– for domestic partners – UZS.

Procedure of settlement: 100% postpayment
