Stages of the Tender:
- Functional Technical Requirements shall be prepared by the Customer and provided to the Bidder as part of the Bidding Documents – 02/04/2025.
- The potential supplier prepares the documentation package and submits it to the customer. The deadline for submission of the documentation package is till 5:00 p.m. on 11/04/2025.
- The Customer together with experts shall carry out technical evaluation of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Terms of Reference by 16/04/2025.
- The Customer shall send a request for final prices to the Bidders and the Bidder shall submit its final price quotation by 18/04/2025.
- Approval of the results of the Tender and signing of the contract by 25/04/2025.
Commercial proposals with documentation package shall be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on March 28, 2025, by email to Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, and must include the following package of mandatory documents:
– a list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– completed table of evaluation criteria (according to the attached form in excel format);
– CP form (according to the attached form in excel format);
– completed file with Key Terms of Contract (according to the attached form in excel format).
