Steps of the selection:
• The functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer. They are provided to the tender participant as part of the tender documentation – March 13, 2024.
• By March 20, 2024, the potential supplier must confirm their participation in this tender. The application in a free format is sent to the email indicated below.
• Q&A session. All questions must be submitted in writing by email before March 20, 2024. Answers will be provided by March 26, 2024.
• The potential supplier prepares the tender documentation package by the deadline of March 28, 2023 (inclusive).
• Analysis and evaluation of participants’ proposals – until April 3, 2024.
• Request for final prices – until April 4, 2024.
• Approval of tender results and commencement of contracting – tentatively by April 9, 2024.

Payment terms: 50% prepayment within 10 (ten) business days after signing the order, and 50% within 10 (ten) business days after the completion of the work is documented in the work completion report.
