The deadline for submitting proposals for the Tender for the selection of a supplier of air conditioner maintenance service has been extended until July 18, 2025.
Stages of the Tender:
- Functional technical requirements shall be prepared by the Client. It shall be provided to the Bidder as part of the Bidding Documents – 14/07/2025.
- The potential supplier shall prepare a package of the Bidding Documents by 18/07/2025. (inclusive).
- Analysis and shortlisting of bidders (by 23/07/2025).
- Request for final prices (until 25/07/2025).
- Approval of the results of the Tender and signing of the contract tentatively by 01/08/2025.
Commercial proposals with documentation package shall be accepted until 5:00 pm on July 18, 2025, by email to Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, and must include the following package of mandatory documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– CP form (according to the attached form in excel format without signature and without a seal);
– completed file with Key Terms of Contract (according to the attached form in excel format).
