UNICORN internship program from UZCARD for MDIST and INHA students started

At the beginning of December UZCARD’s UNICORN internship started, within the framework of which 8 students from MDIST and INHA universities started intensive training and work on fintech projects. The 9-month internship at UZCARD provides participants with the opportunity to develop critical technical and business skills that will have a significant impact on their careers in innovation and technology.

The UNICORN program includes intensive training spanning 6 months, during which students will learn key soft and hard skills such as project management using Agile methodology, business modeling using Lean Startup Canvas, financial accounting and risk management fundamentals, and data science and marketing.

The internship will emphasize teamwork, public speaking, time management and effective communication skills.

The next 3 months of the program will include project work, where participants will be able to develop innovative products for the fintech industry from scratch, with the support of experienced mentors of the UZCARD team. This will allow them to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, as well as create real solutions for the rapidly developing industry.

The selection process for the internship included testing, case solving and final interviews, as a result of which 8 students were selected. The next admission to the UNICORN internship program will start in February this year.

The UNICORN program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists for dynamically developing areas of technology and finance, providing students with a unique opportunity to develop their skills and work on real projects in an innovative and supportive environment.
