March 11, 2022, Tashkent, Uzbekistan – UZCARD, the national payment operator of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Innotech Group of Companies, a leading provider of high-tech solutions for business digitalization, announced the successful completion of the first free educational course for IT engineers of Uzbekistan “DevOps, OpenShift and how to live with it in fintech”. On February 24, the first free educational course “DevOps, OpenShift and how to live with it in fintech” organized by UZCARD and Innotech Group of Companies was successfully completed in Tashkent. The training lasted four weeks. The project was attended by 26 IT engineers from the Republic of Uzbekistan, 12 of whom graduated from the course with honors. The students fully mastered eight training modules developed by the leading teachers of the organizing companies, as well as consolidated the acquired skills in practice. The students who showed themselves most brightly received job offers from UZCARD.
At the end of the course, the overall satisfaction according to the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) metric was 86%. Students particularly noted the highly organized learning process, informative learning modules and engaging homework assignments, which contributed to a deeper understanding of the course.
Within the framework of the conference “How to Start a Career in IT” representatives of companies will organize speeches and discussions on topical issues. The reports will be delivered by leading specialists. Among the announced topics:
- the role of IT developers and their demand in the Uzbek market;
- how to start a career in IT using a personal case study;
- how to bring the application to the prod;
- why an IT developer needs a paper diary (Bullet Journal case management system).
