UZCARD Announces Tender for Selection of Supplier for «Microsoft Server Licenses» Project

Tender Stages:

 

  1. Functional and Technical Requirements:
    • Prepared by the customer and provided to tender participants as part of the tender documentation on 04.05.2023.
  2. Preparation of Tender Documentation:
    • Potential suppliers must prepare their tender documentation by 11.05.2023 (inclusive).
  3. Analysis and Shortlisting:
    • Analysis and formation of the shortlist of participants by 12.05.2023.
  4. Request for Final Prices:
    • Request for final prices by 17.05.2023.
  5. Tender Results Approval and Contract Signing:
    • Tentative date for approval of results and signing the contract is 31.05.2023.

Payment Terms:

  • Domestic Partners: UZS
  • Foreign Partners: USD
  • Payment Procedure: 100% post-payment within 45 days after delivery.

Mandatory Conditions for Participation:

  1. Microsoft Partnership Status:
    • Supplier must have official Microsoft partner status.
  2. Licensing Rights Documentation:
    • Supplier must provide a document confirming the right to sell Microsoft licenses in Uzbekistan.
