Stages of the tender
Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer. They shall be provided to the Tenderer as part of the tender documentation – 28/07/2023
A potential supplier shall prepare the package of tender documents until 14/08/2023 (inclusive)
Analysis and formation of the short list of tenderers (until 16/08/2023)
Request for final prices (until 18/08/2023)
Approval of the results of the tender approximately until 22/08/2023
Payment currency:
– for domestic partners – UZS;
Settlement procedure: 100% post-payment within 10 (ten) banking days after delivery
Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
– The supplier must have the status of official partner;
– The supplier must provide a document confirming the right to sell licenses in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Confirmation of placing the order for TS after signing the contract within 20 (twenty) days.
The support period for all types of licenses should be from 01.10.2023-30.09.2024.

Tender documentation shall be accepted until 12:00 (Tashkent time) on 14 August 2023, in electronic form, to Nargiza.Haitalieva @uzcard.uz. Within three days after the announcement is posted, a potential supplier must send the application for participation to the above e-mail (free form)
