Partner banks of the UZCARD payment system are expanding the acceptance infrastructure for international Discover® Network and Diners Club International® cards across Uzbekistan. By connecting banks to the service of these cards, cardholders are now able to make purchases and withdraw cash through a wide network of POS-terminals and ATMs throughout the country.
Asia Alliance Bank became the first bank in Uzbekistan to launch Discover® Network card servicing within the UZCARD network. Subsequently, other financial institutions joined the acceptance of these international cards. Today, Discover® Network and Diners Club International® cards are serviced within the UZCARD infrastructure by Agrobank, APEX BANK, Biznesni Rivojlantirish Banki, Hamkorbank, Ipak Yuli Bank, Mikrokreditbank, NBU, Sanoat Qurilish Bank, Trastbank, Universalbank, Xalq Banki, and Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan.
The connection of banks to the acceptance of Discover® Network and Diners Club® cards enables the integration of international payment instruments into the national payment infrastructure and expands cashless payment opportunities for businesses and users across Uzbekistan.
