On 13 January 2026, in Tashkent, CRPC (UZCARD) and NEI “School 21” have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing the long-term and mutually beneficial partnership in the field of IT education and training of highly qualified specialists.
The document was signed during the official ceremony attended by the representatives of both parties. The memorandum lays the foundation for systemic cooperation in education, human resource development, and promotion of IT professions in Uzbekistan.
The parties agreed to implement joint educational initiatives, including:
- development and introduction of educational programs and courses aimed at improving the qualifications of the UZCARD employees;
- organizing short-term and long-term traineeship for the participants of School 21 with the possibility of further employment on a competitive basis;
- Conducting joint educational and professional events – workshops, forums, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions – aimed at promoting IT professions and innovative solutions in the fintech sector;
- exchanging knowledge, expertise, and practical experience between the parties to improve the quality of IT specialist training;
- implementing joint marketing and cross-communications activities, and creating a sustainable platform for developing young people’s talent pool.
“We are sure that our collaboration with School 21 will open new horizons for the development of IT education in Uzbekistan. Our joint efforts will not only enhance the qualifications of specialists but also create additional opportunities for young people in the areas of professional growth and employment,” noted Yulia Tsapkova, Deputy General Director for HR of Management Company “UCMG” LLC.
The signing of the Memorandum becomes an important step toward strengthening the country’s educational ecosystem and developing IT specialties in the fintech sector.
The Memorandum reflects the parties’ mutual interest in developing the educational environment and training a new generation of highly qualified specialists for Uzbekistan’s digital economy.
