On June 23, HUMO Arena hosted UZCARD Football Fest, a large-scale event dedicated to the historic FIFA World Cup 2026 match between the Uzbekistan national team and Portugal. Thousands of fans gathered at the festival to support the national team together, and despite the late start of the broadcast, the stands filled up long before the opening whistle.
Before the broadcast began, guests enjoyed an extensive entertainment program. The venue featured themed activity zones, football challenges, interactive fan areas, photo zones with Uzbekistan national team branding, and a food court. The evening’s music program featured performances by Shokhrukh, Sevara Nazarkhan, Munisa Rizaeva, Konsta, Sahar, Doppi Twins, and DJ Umar. Immediately before kick-off, sports commentator Mirzakhakim Tokhtamirzaev addressed the audience.
The match against one of the strongest opponents in world football marked an important stage in Uzbekistan’s performance at the World Cup and became another occasion that united millions of fans around the national team.
A special dimension of UZCARD Football Fest was its charitable component. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the VAQF Foundation to support social initiatives.
UZCARD Football Fest brought together sport, music, charity, and support for the national team, becoming one of the largest events for Uzbekistan national team fans during FIFA World Cup 2026.
