UZCARD, together with representatives of other companies within the UCMG management company LLC – ERA, Btech, PLUM, ATTO, and PlayMobile – took part in the international running event Samarkand Marathon 2025, held on 8–9 November in Samarkand.
In total, 80 team members competed across the 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, and 21 km distances, demonstrating strong athletic performance, team spirit, and a commitment to personal development.
For companies within UCMG, participating in the marathon is not only a sporting event but also part of a corporate philosophy that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle, strengthens internal corporate ties, and supports initiatives aimed at employee development.
The Samarkand Marathon 2025 route ran through the city center, covering both historic and modern locations. Each participant could choose a distance matching their fitness level—from short runs to the half-marathon.
