In honor of its 20th anniversary, UZCARD has launched a good initiative to support inclusive education for children with special needs. As part of this program, 6,000 Braille notebooks were purchased and transferred to Specialized Boarding School No.77 for blind children in Tashkent.
UZCARD recognizes the importance of making education accessible to all children, regardless of their unique needs. Braille writing is a key skill that opens the door to knowledge and self-expression for blind children. We believe that providing high-quality educational materials, such as Braille notebooks, plays a key role in the development of children with visual disabilities and helps them achieve high results.
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn and develop their abilities in comfortable conditions. This initiative is our way of contributing to the creation of an inclusive society where children can realize their potential and achieve success in life.
“Today, UZCARD has organized a campaign to support blind children, as part of which the company provided the necessary school supplies to our pupils. I would like to express my gratitude to UZCARD. Such initiatives are not just a material contribution. Children, receiving such assistance, feel themselves part of a large community where they are cared for and their future is believed in,” – said Rustam Safarov, Director of the school.
“Knowledge is a force that helps you overcome any obstacles and opens up new opportunities. Each of you has the potential to reach great heights if you don’t stop looking for knowledge. Don’t be afraid to set ambitious goals. I wish you success in your journey and may it always be full of interesting discoveries!” – said UZCARD Executive Director Olimjon Zakirov to the schoolchildren.
The presentation of the notebooks took place in a solemn atmosphere, during which the company representatives met with teachers and students of the boarding school. We hope that the gifted notebooks will become not only a useful tool for learning, but also a symbol of caring for the future of every child.
In addition, this initiative is part of the UZCARD social responsibility program aimed at creating a just and inclusive society. Investing in children’s education is not only an investment in their future, but also in the future of the country.
