Stages of the Bidding process:
The performance specifications shall be prepared by the customer and delivered to the Bidder as part of the Bidding documents on 23/02/2026.;
The bidder shall prepare a set of documents and send it to the customer. The deadline for submission of the set of documents is 17:00 on 02/03/2026.;
The Customer, together with experts, shall perform a technical assessment of the received proposals for compliance with the Technical Requirements and the Technical Assignment by 04/03/2026.;
The Customer shall send a request for final prices to the Bidders, and the Bidder shall send its final price offer by 06/03/2026.;
Approval of the Bid results and signing of the contract by 13/03/2026.;
Commercial proposals with documentation package shall be accepted till 17.00 on 2 March 2026 to e-mail Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz, including the following set of documents:
– list of constituent documents for the Security Department;
– Price offer (Form No. 2)
– a completed KTS file with key contract requirements (Form No. 3)
