Stages of selection:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Functional technical requirements are prepared by the customer and submitted to the tender participant, as part of the tender documentation \u2013\u00a013\/03\/2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 A potential supplier prepares a package of documentation and sends it to the customer. The deadline for submission of the documentation package is\u00a017:00 on 28\/03\/2025.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The customer, together with experts, carries out a technical assessment of the received proposals for compliance with the technical requirements and terms of reference\u00a0\u2013 until\u00a003\/04\/2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The customer sends a request for final prices to the participants, and the participant sends his final price offer\u00a0by 04\/04\/2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Approval of the tender results and signing of the contract \u2013\u00a0until\u00a011\/04\/2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Commercial offers are accepted until 17:00 on March 28, 2025<\/u><\/strong> by e-mail Otabek.Safaev@uzcard.uz<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and must include the following package of mandatory documents:<\/p>\n

\u2013 A list of incorporation documents for the Security Department;<\/p>\n

\u2013 A completed table of technical requirements (according<\/span>\u00a0to the\u00a0attached<\/span>\u00a0form<\/span>\u00a0in<\/span>\u00a0excel<\/span>\u00a0format<\/span>);<\/p>\n
